Our ethos

There are two elements that characterizes Coronado Arbitration, one is the Oak Tree leaf, and the second, the place where our offices are situated being Salado Álvarez street.

As to the Oak Tree, such is a type of tree with great presence in the Americas and Europe, only in Mexico there are closely to 160 species of Oak Trees being 109 endemic.

The symbolism that the Oak Tree brings to hour ethos is that they are considered among the most resilient species on earth even in the face of different threats.

Much of the symbolism associated with the Oak Tree are generosity, protection, justice, and honesty, its roots represent our attachment to life, family, love, and ancestors that nurture, being the basis of our development. The tree branches represent the way we grow up to the sky, based on our education and values.

We are situated at the Street named after Victoriano Salado Alvarez, he was born in Jalisco in September 1876, he was a lawyer, a judge, a journalist, a writer and a diplomat, who acted as the Mexican Minister for International Relations.

The essence of our firm relates to these two aspects, the Oak Tree, related to justice, honesty and a celebration of life, meanwhile Salado Alvarez, reminds us our activity focused on international law and international dispute resolution.
